Day 1 - HOME/DUBAI

This evening we board our Emirates flight bound for Dubai.

Day 2 - DUBAI/COPENHAGEN

Your overnight flight arrives into Dubai early in the morning and after a few hours transit, we reboard and make our way to Copenhagen. Your trusty tour manager will be on hand to meet and greet you upon arrival into Denmark’s capital city. After such a long flight, we will first check into our hotel for rest. Tonight, we will have our first WELCOME dinner together.

Day 3 - COPENHAGEN

After a nice overnight rest, we head off for our sightseeing tour of this city! Our city tour will cover highlights including the famous statue of the little Mermaid, Gefion Fountain . After lunch, we continue our tour of visits to Christianborg Palace, Amalienborg Palace and City Hall and the Stock Exchange. Entrance to the iconic Tivoli Gardens is also included - a playground for the young and old!

Day 4 - COPENHAGEN/GOTHENBURG

After breakfast we head for north of Copenhagen and journey to North Zealand where we will have a chance to see Frederiksborg Castle before boarding the ferry over to Helsingborg port. Our walking tour of Gothenburg includes picture stops at the famous shopping street Avenyn, statue of Poseidon, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Concert House, City Theatre and the lively old working class quarters Haga. Overnight in Gothenburg.

Day 5 - GOTHENBURG/KARLSTAD/AVESTA/BORLANGE

North bound we go today to the University city of Karlstad – founded by King Karl IX in 1584, and is sited on an island of the Klarälven river. After lunch a quick sightseeing walk of Karlstad includes Karlstad Cathedral and Town Square. The town centre offer a mix of attractive, yet solid traditional and modern Swedish buildings. Afterwards, we head to the township of Avesta for a picture of the world’s largest wooden Dala horse in front of the market square. Overnight in the township of Borlange.

Day 6 - BORLANGE/MORA/HAMAR

After enjoying breakfast in Borlange, depart for the approximately 1.5-hour drive to Mora, where you'll visit the Grannas Dala Horse workshop to explore the creation of the iconic Swedish wooden horses and perhaps purchase a souvenir. Afterwards we continue our journey to the charming town of Hamar, where you'll check into your accommodation for the night.

Day 7 - HAMAR/LILLEHAMMER/LAERDAL

After a relaxing evening in Hamar, depart the following morning for the approximately 2-hour drive to Lillehammer. Upon arrival, begin your exploration of the city by visiting the Maihaugen open-air museum, which showcases traditional Norwegian architecture and provides a glimpse into the country's rich cultural heritage. Next, head to the Lillehammer Olympic Museum, where you can learn about the city's hosting of the 1994 Winter Olympics and immerse yourself in the history and excitement of the games. After, we embark on the scenic drive towards Lærdal. This journey will take you through the breathtaking Norwegian countryside, offering ample opportunities to admire the stunning landscapes along the way.

Day 8 - LAERDAL/GUDVANGEN/GOL

After breakfast, we drive to Gudvangen port for our ferry ride across to the amazing waters back to Flam in which afterwards, we board a spectacular train ride from Flam to Myrdal. A masterpiece of Norwegian engineering, the Flamsbana is one of the world’s steepest railway lines! You’ll descend some 2,600 feet through the mountains, past waterfalls, rivers, ravines and sheer cliffs – it’s quite a memorable journey! We will also transfer with our local train bound for Voss afterwards. We have more of Norway scenery to admire until we reach Gol area for this evening’s rest.

Day 9 - GOL/OSLO

Down the mountain we go to Oslo in the afternoon for our city tour. At Oslo, we will have a city tour which includes photostops at City Hall, the Norwegian Parliament, Royal Palace, Carl Johnson shopping street, Foreign Ministry, Norwegian Museum of Cultural History, Bygdoy Peninsula and then Vigeland Sculpture Park. Overnight in Oslo.

Day 10 - OSLO/ALTA /HONNINGSVAG/NORTH CAPE

This morning after breakfast we take a short flight from Oslo to Alta. Upon arrival, our local bus will pick up the group and proceed to drive towards Honnisvag which is a few hours away. Pretty Honnigsvag is also the gateway port for visiting the legendary North Cape, second most northerly point in Europe. After dinner tonight, our local guide will take us to North Cape hall which is 34km away across the scenery of Mageroya. Once here we invite you to explore North Cape Hall – why not take a photo outside the famous North Cape globe monument? Before midnight we will head back to our hotel.

Day 11 - HONNINGSVAG/KARASJOK/SAARISELKA

This morning our visit a very special farm – here we witness king crab dismantling and tasting! Then continue to Karasjok and visit Sápmi Park for an enthralling and entertaining Sami culture experience. The cultural park lies in the centre of Karasjok, a town of 3000 local indigenous “Sami” people which is considered the capital of the Sami people in Norway. Karasjok is a has about 60000 reindeer grazing in the area throughout the autumn and winter. We continue to North Finland and tonight we settle in Saariselka tonight.

Day 12 - SAARISELKA/ROVANIEMI

This morning we travel southward toward the border of the Artic Circle – Rovaniemi, famous for the Santa Claus Village. Along the way we will stop by to grab a quick lunch at your own expense. We invite you to get close to Santa and take picture with him! Make sure to visit the only official post office of Santa Claus where it is possible to create your own stamp with your personal photo! Tonight we settle into the township of Rovaniemi for our overnight stay.

Day 13 - ROVANIEMI/OULU/JYVASKYLA

This morning after breakfast we journey south, traversing the picturesque Finnish Lakeland where hundreds of lakes and forest-clad landscapes provide a beautiful backdrop for a leisurely drive through the heart of Finland. We drop into Oulu, a gateway to the stunning natural landscapes of Finnish Lapland, making it an ideal base for exploring the region's pristine forests, lakes, and Arctic wildlife. After lunch, we continue our drive and will arrive in at Jyväskylä, the “Athens of Finland”, so named for its major role as the first place in the world to provide education in the Finnish language. Enjoy a quick drive through the town before settling in overnight.

Day 14 - JYVASKYLA/HELSINKI

After breakfast we depart for Helsinki – the capital of Finland, a vibrant seaside city of beautiful islands and great green parks. The city’s rhythm is laid back yet at the same time refreshingly active in terms of both the number and quality of restaurants and parks. Our tour of Helsinki includes the Sibelius Monument, Parliament House, Senate Square, Helsinki Cathedral and Uspenski Cathedral. In the afternoon, we will enter Temppeliaukio Church—a Lutheran church in the Töölö neighbourhood of Helsinki, Finland. Built directly into solid rock, it is also known as the Church of the Rock and Rock Church.

Day 15 - HELSINKI/SUOMENLINNA/STOCKHOLM

After breakfast, enjoy a short ferry boat ride to Somenlinna Island. In 1991, the Somenlinna fortress was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List. Take a walk around the old fortifications and see historical monuments, the craft shops and nice views of the Baltic Sea. Return to Helsinki afterwards. After lunch, we board our Tallink Silja Oy (interior inside cabin) for crossing to Stockholm overnight. Tonight – enjoy a relaxing cruise with a Scandinavian dinner buffet on board.

Day 16 - STOCKHOLM

Our overnight cruise arrived into Stockholm this morning. Reputed as “The city that floats on water”, Stockholm is all yours today. Morning photostops include Royal Palace, Old Town, Gustav Adolfs Square and Concert Hall City Hall. After lunch, we visit the Vasa museum located on the Galärvarvsvägen which houses the Vasa – the only preserved 17th-century ship. The museum allows you to view the Vasa ship from six levels and it has been chosen as one of the seven wonders of Sweden. Late afternoon, we visit City Hall— once inside, we see the glorious Gold Room, venue of the annual Nobel Prize banquet.

Day 17 - STOCKHOLM/UPPSALA/STOCKHOLM

Today, you'll enjoy a day tour that takes you from Stockholm to the historic city of Uppsala- Discover the city's medieval architecture, including the impressive Uppsala Cathedral, and learn about its rich cultural heritage. After exploring the sights of Uppsala, you'll make your way back to Stockholm, arriving in the afternoon.

Day 18 - STOCKHOLM/DUBAI

All good things still has to come to an end. We depart home today after a few hours of free time after breakfast, bidding farewell to the world so far north to ours. After boarding our Emirates flight, sit back and enjoy the inflight service and look forward to sharing the beautiful snaps taken on this unforgettable journey.

Day 19 - DUBAI/HOME

Our flight arrives just after midnight into Dubai airport and not long after, our connecting flight departs bound for home. We hope you enjoyed your exciting adventure to Scandinavia!
